The Blue Geranium Chefs
The new venture is headed up by Olive Brennan an experienced chef, passionate about local Irish produce.
Olive Brennan – Head Chef
Olive worked as Sous-Chef in the Farmgate Restaurant in Cork and also in Italian Bistro Café Bar Deli. She gained international culinary experience in Australia working in the Café Bastille in Melbourne. She brings a light Mediterranean touch to the Blue Geranium.
