Our suggestion for planting preparation-
1)Commence with a layer of Gee-up in the base
2)Fill remainder with Shamrock Multi-purpose compost or new Growise John Innes No.3 Potting Compost.
3)Mix and fork in an organic fertilizer such as Seamungus prior to planting.
4)Protect tender plants with a Palram Sun Tunnel or frost protection fleece.
5)Take adequate precautions against slugs.
6)Deeper containers will accommodate tomatoes, sweet corn and climbers such as Sweet Peas, Runner Beans or Peas.
7)Use bamboo wigwams or wire netting to support climbers
